Support for your new FACTS software is only a phone call away. Lowery Systems employs a staff to provide operating assistance, problem diagnosis and problem resolution. Most problems can be handled via the phone and/or direct access into your system via a secure Internet Connection. Infor maintains a staff of development programmers who provide continual enhancements of our software products.
Customizations
Our software is extremely flexible and can be tailored to meet a variety of business situations. However, our customers often find that to enhance the FACTS software provides them with additional capabilities important to their business. Our custom programming department is available should you need an additional feature or capability.

While we recommend the IBM pSeries AIX Server as the heart of any distribution installation we recognize that for solid business reasons you may elect to use an alternate O/S, such as Windows.
